Registration fees differ depending on the date of registration, the date of payment of the registration fee and the registration category.
01. Early Bird Registration
Early Bird Registration Fees apply until 31.10.2018, 23:59 (HKT). Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later that the deadline for early bird registration, standard fee shall be due.
02. Standard Registration
Standard Registration Fees apply after 1 November 2018 until 30 November 2018. Participants who wish to register after 30 November 2018 (HKT) will have to proceed with registration on-site.
03. On-site Registration
Opening on conference days on 7 December and 8 December from 0830 – 1700 daily; Payment method: CASH and Cheque in Hong Kong Dollars, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or AE) or AliPay.
Registration for GEST Asia 2018 has to be made electronically by completion of the respective online registration form provided on the official GEST Asia 2018 website (www.gestasia2018.com). Registration forms submitted without full name, complete e-mail and postal address cannot be processed.
The participant's registration for GEST Asia 2018 shall only become effective upon the receipt of full payment of the registration fee by the Conference organizer, i.e. only those participants having fully paid their registration fees will be entitled to participate in GEST Asia 2018.
Online registration: Registration fees are to be paid in HK Dollars (HK$) by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or AE) or AliPay.
Onsite registration: Our accepted onsite payment method is CASH (Hong Kong Dollars only), Cheque in Hong Kong Dollars, and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or AE), AliPay and WeChat Pay.
Registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of full payment of the registration fee. Please presents the confirmation email at the Registration Desk for admission on conference days.
Registration Cancellation Policy
A 50% administrative charge on the registration fee will be deducted from your refund on cancellations made on or before October 15, 2018.
A 90% administrative charge on the registration fee will be deducted from your refund on cancellations made after October 15, 2018 up until November 30, 2018.
GEST Asia 2018 will not refund cancellations received after November 30, 2018. All refunds will be processed within 60 days after the conference.
Name Changes and Change of Registration category will be handled as a cancellation and new registration.
All Registration Fees are non-transferable.
No refund of registration fee will be arranged for any uncompleted conference activities due to bad weather.
Arrangement of Inclement Weather
All delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
Shuttle service will be provided for the transfer between the 4 hotels in Sha Tin, University MTR Station and the Conference Venue during the Conferene period, subject to availability of coaches.
